Preheat the oven to 280˚-300˚ Fahrenheit and combine the wheat flour with the sugar. Then beat the eggs using a hand mixer and combine the eggs with the flour, water, butter and oil, mixing well. |

Form the dough ball and then place it in the fridge for 4 hours. |

Now let’s prepare the pie filling - combine the grated apples with all the filling ingredients in a big bowl and mix well. |

Half the dough ball and roll it out and then place one part of the dough into the pie pan 9” in diameter. |

Place the pie filling on the dough and spread it with the spoon. |

Add the second part of the dough on top and gently pin the edges with the bottom pie layer at the upper border of the pie pan and then place the sliced butter on top. |

Bake the apple pie for 1 hour until the top of the pie is golden and crispy. Serve with the vanilla or chocolate ice cream. |
