Coat 3 (2-cup) square plastic containers with cooking spray. |

Prepare the strawberry, orange, and lime gelatins separately by dissolving each in 1 cup boiling water; stir until completely dissolved. Add ¼ cup cold water to each, then pour each into a separate container. |

Chill about 1-½ hours or until firm, then cut each gelatin into 1-inch cubes. Cover and set aside in the refrigerator. |

In a large bowl, dissolve lemon gelatin and sugar in remaining boiling water and stir in remaining cold water. Chill until slightly thickened, about 30 minutes. Fold in whipped topping; mix well. Fold in gelatin cubes and pour into a 9 × 5-inch loaf pan that has been coated with cooking spray. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. |

When ready to serve, run a knife around edge. Gently shake pan to loosen the dessert; invert onto a serving platter. Cut into 10 slices and serve immediately. |
