Directions
Serve these mild-flavored burritos with all the trimmings chopped cilantro, a side of salsa, a dollop of sour cream, and a squeeze of lime.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion; sauté 5 minutes or until tender. |

Meanwhile, trim beef, and cut into ½-inch pieces. Add beef and jalapeños to skillet. Increase heat to high, and cook 4 minutes. Add tomatoes, garlic, and crushed bouillon; stir well. Cover and simmer over low heat 30 minutes or until beef is tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. |
