1 cup diced Onion
1 (1-lb) tri-tip Beef steak
2 Jalapeno Pepper , diced
5 plum Tomatoes , diced
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Beef bouillon cube, crushed
Salt nd pepper to taste
6 (10-inch) burrito-size Tortillas Flour , warmed

Serve these mild-flavored burritos with all the trimmings chopped cilantro, a side of salsa, a dollop of sour cream, and a squeeze of lime.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion; sauté 5 minutes or until tender.

Meanwhile, trim beef, and cut into ½-inch pieces. Add beef and jalapeños to skillet. Increase heat to high, and cook 4 minutes. Add tomatoes, garlic, and crushed bouillon; stir well. Cover and simmer over low heat 30 minutes or until beef is tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Using a slotted spoon, spoon beef mixture evenly down center of each tortilla; roll up.
