Whisk the eggs and sugar to a sabayon; at the same time melt the chocolate and butter together, mix these together and fold in the sieved dry ingredients and nuts. |

Pour into a baking sheet lined with silicone paper, bake at 175°C for 15 minutes, allow to cool at room temperature. |
